Acceptable stay with Some Issues
early lift lacking umbrellas
The staff were helpful during dinner service.
The room was near a lift, and it started operating around 6am. The noise was a real problem. More umbrellas are needed at the pool area. There were not enough for all the loungers.

wow, our suite spa bath was fabulous! the room were very clean, i think, and i found an amazing jacuzzi. the breakfast area was cool and the omelette station made breakfasts superb.
i was a bit sad there weren't more gluten-free choices during lunch.

Nice Stay with Really good Service
really good support excellent hospitality genuine kindness
I am grateful for the really good support from the team, particularly Luca, Giuseppe, and Nadia. They made my holiday extra special. I was impressed by the excellent hospitality from every staff member I met. I found the food at the hotel to be the best. I also appreciated Federico and Ercole for their kindness and professionalism.
I observed the need for more umbrellas to match the number of loungers by the pool, something I hope will be considered.

Really good Experience
trained staff delicious buffet stable connection
The reception staff was highly trained and quite knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious, plentiful array of options. I found a good, stable wireless internet connection throughout the building.
The bar area could benefit from additional lighting. It was somewhat dim in the evenings, detracting slightly from the ambiance. This could be easily addressed with brighter fixtures.

The restaurant staff were attentive. Carmine and Gian-Luca stood out. Food was great. I particularly enjoyed one of my meals. Giuseppe, the head chef, cooked eggs at breakfast.
The hotel charged for pool towels. I had to pay €1.50 per person each day. I also had to pay for water, which cost €4 per bottle. There was a clear message that guests cannot put their own items in the fridge.

fantastic stay with very nice views
sea view daily cleaning friendly staff
i stayed in a double room balcony sea view room and the view was excellent the room was spacious and well maintained the daily cleaning service kept everything super clean i also appreciated the hotel's location a short walk from the town center. the staff was friendly and helpful at all times the restaurant provided excellent food with fresh ingredients and many choices the rooftop pool and bar area offered fine views.
the road outside was busy at times it created some noise even with closed windows this could be improved with better soundproofing
